Rider opens the Barqi app, finds the nearest available socket on the map, scans QR, plugs in, and pays via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

Host gets Rs. 30–45/kWh — 3× better than DISCO net billing. Barqi takes 15%. Rider pays 5× less than petrol.
